Chef Will Cranfill

Will Cranfill is a graduate from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder Colorado. Sourcing local, high quality ingredients were ingrained into his cooking style from day one. Once in the industry Will worked in dining establishments in the Rocky Mountains. Southern fine dining restaurants in the low country of South Carolina, and a farm to fork guest ranch in Southern Utah.


A lover of farming, art, and the cultivation of convivial dining experiences. He is thrilled to find himself residing in the Appalachian mountains where he can continue to widen his understanding of all things culinary.

Along this journey of life, he has found himself inspired by many different cultures.  From his own families' traditions to his personal travels, he longs to share what has touched his heart and soul along the way through the medium of food. He eagerly awaits to give you a dining experience that deepens your connection to food, friends, and family.
